FAQs
1. What is coaching?
Coaching is a thought-provoking and collaborative process that helps you clarify your goals, overcome obstacles, and take meaningful action. It’s forward-focused and solution-oriented—not advice-giving or therapy.
2. Who is coaching for?
We support teachers, students, and parents who want to grow in confidence, navigate change, or pursue personal and professional goals. Whether you're trying to gain a work-life balance, managing stress, preparing for exams or planning your next steps, coaching can help.
3. How is The Educated Coaching Company different?
We specialize in education-focused coaching. With deep understanding of the school environment, family dynamics, and learning journeys, we offer a safe, structured, and empathetic space tailored to people in the education community.
4. What can I expect in a coaching session?
Each session starts by identifying what you want to achieve. Through focused conversation, reflective questions, you’ll explore ideas and leave with clear, actionable steps.
5. Is coaching the same as mentoring or therapy?

Standard sessions are 45 to 60 minutes, depending on your needs. We also offer shorter check-ins or longer breakthrough sessions on request. Group coaching sessions and training events are available and the length is tailored to your needs.
7. How many sessions will I need?
It varies! For our one to one coaching clients we generally recommend a package of 6 sessions, which can be extended if you wish.
8. Is coaching confidential?
Yes. What you share in coaching stays private. We follow strict confidentiality standards to ensure your trust and safety throughout the process.
9. How do I get started?
It’s easy—just book a free discovery call to see if coaching is right for you. There’s no pressure, just a chance to ask questions and explore what you’d like support with.
10. Can coaching really help me?
Yes—if you're ready to reflect, take action and grow. Our clients often report feeling more focused, confident, and empowered after just a few sessions. The real progress comes from your willingness to show up for yourself—and we’re here to support you every step of the way.
